Please read:
Due to the Covid outbreak at our Harvest Lodge in Fairview, and the rising active cases in our area, currently over 450, we are implementing the following guidelines for visitation at all our Lodge locations.
For the time being we are respectfully asking, as a first option, if you have a loved one in our facility, that you try to reduce the number of visits that you have scheduled or postpone them until the active cases in our communities notably decrease.
Effective October 20, 2021, we require masking at all times, even in residents rooms in compliance with CMOH Order 49-2021 (see below)
Effective September 28, 2021, we require that all visits be scheduled by calling the Lodge in advance.
Peace River - Heritage Tower Lodge - call 780-624-3919
Fairview - Harvest Lodge - call 780-835-2862
Manning - Del-Air Lodge - call 780-836-3325
Hines Creek - Homesteader Lodge - call 780-494-3500
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the health of our residents is our priority. We do not want to get to a point where visits need to be further restricted and believe these are reasonable accommodations to current conditions.
We are also encouraging our residents to stay on the property unless necessary (i.e., critical medical appointments, etc.)
NPHF continues to support virtual visitation connections, but particularly in times when the physical presence of family and friends is not advisable.
Please call us and we will do our best to assist you with these virtual visitation options.
